Product Description

The DIN Y Type Strainer is a medium transport device typically installed at the inlet side of pressure reducing valves, relief valves, and liquid level control valves. Its purpose is to eliminate impurities from the medium, safeguarding valves and equipment. The Y-type strainer is suitable for mediums such as water, oil, and gas. Maintenance is simple, requiring only the cleaning of the filter traps.

Why DIN Y Type Strainer is necessary on the pipelines？

1. Most of the pipeline media contain impurities, the medium passes through the DIN Y type strainer, filtration impuritie, which can protect the valve in the pipeline and then the valve service life longer.

2. When cleaning mesh is required, just take out the detachable filter cartridge and reinstall it after treatment, so the use and maintenance are extremely convenient.

3. The inside mesh mostly 80mm，we also can customize the size of the filter mesh according to customer requirements.

4. Besides, please install as many strainer as possible on the pipeline, which is good for both the pipeline and the valve.
